We are now searching for a
Group Control Manager
to join our Group Control and Tax team in Helsinki.
Group Control and Tax team’s role is to provide accounting and tax expertise that supports Patria Group’s needs and compliance requirements. We monitor and interpret local and international accounting and taw requirements (IFRS principles) and coordinate the Group's audit.
In this position, you are responsible for the Group's financial reporting. You will participate in the development and maintenance of financial principles and processes to ensure consistent and high-quality reporting in Patria Group.
Your duties include monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and you participate in the preparation of Group's financial statements.

You have an analytical mindset and strong decision-making skills. You work well with people and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, yet you can drive decisions forward with determination when needed. You also have a positive attitude and passion for continuous improvement.
What we expect from you
Strong understanding of group accounting and consolidation
Master's degree or similar academic qualifications with specialization in accounting and/or finance
Proven work experience in accounting and reporting in accordance with IFRS
Strong communication skills in Finnish and English
Experience with HFM or similar tool is considered an advantage
