We are now searching for a

Process Development Engineer

to join our Team in Tampere or Hämeenlinna.

Job Description 

In this role, you will maintain the organization’s process mapping standards, policies, and guidelines and ensure that they remain clear and practical across the organization. You will build, maintain and continuously develop Patria’s enterprise process map in close cooperation with internal stakeholders. You will also design and implement group-wide process management practices.

A key part of your work will be to analyze existing processes, identify development opportunities, and support the implementation of agreed improvements together with the relevant functions. You will plan, deliver and document process management training and guidance. You will also act as a system administrator and key user for process mapping and process management tools.

What we expect from you 

• A relevant technical degree, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering; the specific field of study is not essential.

• Some experience in process development, continuous improvement, or other development-oriented tasks. We also welcome applications from recent graduates with suitable educational backgrounds.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, as the role involves working closely with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization.

• Confident communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to discuss different perspectives and build shared solutions.
