We are now searching for a
Total Rewards Specialist
to join Patria’s Group HR team. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of compensation and benefits practices and contribute to performance processes and reward models that strengthen systematic performance management and a high-performance culture. The role plays an important part in supporting Patria’s growth strategy.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing compensation and reward operations, including salary structures, compa-ratio data, job evaluation and grading, as well as preparing and maintaining compensation data and reports. You will also support annual salary review processes, including related communication and materials, while ensuring accuracy and consistency in compensation documentation.
You will develop and maintain high-quality compensation and benefits data practices, produce insights on compensation trends and benefits usage, and support compliance with policies, regulations, and internal guidelines, including pay transparency readiness. In addition, you will actively contribute to the development of reward processes and tools by identifying improvements, developing templates and ways of working, and supporting the transition of newly developed reward practices into continuous operations.
You will also contribute to the development of performance processes and reward models, linking compensation and benefits practices to performance management and a high-performance culture. In this role, you will support HR teams and managers in reward-related topics, prepare clear and practical communication materials such as guidelines and instructions, and act as a reliable operational expert in compensation and rewards.

You have a structured and solution-oriented way of working and are comfortable operating independently while supporting multiple stakeholders. You are motivated by building reward practices that support performance, transparency, and long-term business success, and you value accuracy and reliability in everything you do.
What we expect from you
Experience in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, or HR operations
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
Experience working with HR systems and Excel (e.g. SuccessFactors)
Understanding of salary structures, job evaluation, or benchmarking
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize work effectively and independently
Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working
High level of accuracy and reliability in data handling
Clear and pragmatic communication skills
Fluency in English and Finnish
Knowledge of Finnish Technology Industries collective agreements is considered an asset
