Planning Engineer – Helicopter Maintenance (EASA Part‑145)
📍 Location: Stockholm Arlanda
Patria Helicopters AB is looking for a Planning Engineer to strengthen our Production Support team within helicopter maintenance.
The role combines maintenance planning, engineering support, and technical coordination in a safety‑critical EASA Part‑145 environment, with close cooperation between production, engineering, and planning.
Role Overview
As a Planning Engineer in Production Support, you will support complex and non‑routine maintenance activities, contribute to well‑defined work scopes that comply with EASA Part‑145 and approved maintenance data, and provide technical support to production to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and follow up Work Packs, milestone plans, and material lists
· Provide technical support to production during line and base maintenance
· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient processes
· Monitor demand, capacity, and material availability to support on‑time delivery
Qualification Requirements
· Engineering degree in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent competence through experience
· Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in an MRO environment
· Experience within aircraft structures is an advantage
· Experience as a licensed aircraft maintenance engineer is highly valued
Skills & Attributes
· Team player with strong organisational skills and problem‑solving abilities
· Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently
· Solid knowledge of EASA Part‑145 regulations
· High attention to detail and ability to manage complex technical information
· Good communication skills and ability to work across functions
· Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach to work
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written
