We are now searching for a

Customer Support Team Lead

to support our team in Didam.

The Customer Support Team Lead is responsible for generating revenue by actively engaging distribution partners and key accounts in both military and civil aerospace and defense markets.

This position combines operational sales activities with the day-to-day management and support of the team, with the aim of efficient execution of commercial processes, strong customer relationships and growth of distribution partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Actively managing and expanding existing customer relationships (key accounts and distribution partners)

• Actively maintaining and expanding the distribution network (OEMs, resellers, partners)

• Daily management and support of the Customer Support / Sales Support team

• Ensuring a smooth transfer from sales to execution by coordinating with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Legal) and monitor current orders and projects

• Supporting contract negotiations and recording (NDAs, contracts)

Main qualifications:

We are looking for someone who knows how to translate commercial opportunities into action and who demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork, actively working with colleagues to achieve shared goals. You are an experienced leader who leads by collaborating and setting a positive example for others.

The chosen candidate should have:

• Experience in sales/distribution sales within aerospace/defense.

• Experience with operational management or coordination of teams.

• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and MS Office.

• Knowledge of the Quantum ERP system is an advantage

• Good command of the Dutch and English language

• Great negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to form and maintain lasting relationships with customers and distribution partners

• Great organizational skills

• A result orientated mentality and interest in improving processes
